Setting Boundaries

If you want to live a healthy lifestyle it is important to figure out your boundaries, limits, things you are willing to do and things you won’t tolerate. It’s a skill that must be learned. I used to be very passive to the point where I allowed a lot of things to slide not knowing that I was overlooking the disrespect. The reason for this is because we teach people how to treat us. A lot of people who see the good in everybody are more likely to encounter people who will either use them or take advantage. The list goes on. Setting boundaries is part of the GAME. If you don’t set them you’re going to come into contact with a lot of people who don’t deserve to have access to you. Set those boundaries sis.
