Everybody Ain’t Your Friend.

Watch who you call your friends. The saddest thing about betrayal is that it never comes from your enemies. That’s why it is important to surround yourself with genuine people, although some know how to play the “friend” role well. A friend is someone who is loyal to you, who respects you, who pushes you to be the best you can be, who mentions your name in a room full of opportunities, and who overall extends themself to you when you’re in need because they value you. Unfortunately, you will encounter people who will not be a friend to you. Depending on your definition of a friend you will meet people who will look at you as opportunity to get ahead because of who you surround yourself with, or simply someone they feel they can use because they know you will say yes to them. Not everyone was raised like you, some people are raised off survival so they need others to stay afloat. Don’t let anyone use you. Be aware.
